Local anesthetic is used to numb the area of the mouth where Dr. Scolnick will remove any decaying or unsound portions of the tooth. Once the decay is cleared away, Dr. Scolnick will fill the tooth with a composite. After the filling sets, we will check to make sure your bite is comfortably aligned.
Bonding, while similar to a filling, allows us to enhance the aesthetics of a tooth in shape and color. Bonding is the most economical choice in cosmetic dentistry.
